Does meditating before work actually help with anxiety?

Mornings have been a spiral lately. Wondering if 10 minutes would do anything.

Not a cure, but a few minutes of breathing before I open my laptop genuinely lowers the morning dread. Worth a week's trial.

Box breathing (4-4-4-4) for three minutes is my pre-standup reset. Small but real.

5 mins works for me. Especially when I'm pissed off....
