Delete Your Account

The fastest way to delete everything is from your account settings:

1. Open Souluma and sign in.
2. Go to Account settings (tap your profile / avatar, then Account).
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you would like a copy of your data first, export it from Account settings before deleting.

If you can’t sign in, email us from the address on your account at support@soulumanifest.com with the subject “Delete my account.” We’ll verify your request and delete your account and personal data, and confirm once it’s done (typically within 30 days).

Deleting your account removes your personal data, including:

• Your account and profile (email address and display name).
• Content you created — goals, journal entries, gratitude notes, vision boards and the images you added, practice logs, and your Life Vision.
• Your community posts and comments in Manifesto Commons.
• Your AI Coach conversation history.
• Your analytics identifier and subscription record, where applicable.

After deletion we may keep limited records where we are required to for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or moderation purposes, and aggregated or anonymized data that no longer identifies you. These records are kept only as long as necessary and are then removed.
