- Coach conversation history is retained for up to 90 days, then hard-deleted on a schedule.

How many Coach turns do I get during beta?
Free members currently get 5 user messages (turns) per day, counted on your local calendar day. Unused turns don't roll over. Limits may change during beta; we'll state Pro limits clearly if a paid tier launches.
Is my Coach conversation private?
Your thread is tied to your account and is not published publicly. Messages are processed to generate replies (including via a third-party AI provider) and stored so you can continue the conversation. See our Privacy Policy for details, retention, and deletion.
Is the AI Coach therapy or crisis support?
No. Souluma AI Coach is a personal-growth companion for reflection and small next steps. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional care. If you are in crisis or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a crisis line.

Avoid passwords, payment details, government IDs, and anything highly sensitive you wouldn't want processed by an automated system. Keep Coach focused on goals, practice, and everyday reflection.
