These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Souluma (“we”, “us”) governing your use of the Souluma web app and mobile apps (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Souluma. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. Keep your password secure and notify us promptly at support@soulumanifest.com if you suspect unauthorized use. You may close your account at any time from Account settings.
Souluma is a personal-growth and reflection practice — vision boards, goals, daily habits, journaling, gratitude, and meditation. It is not therapy, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it does not promise specific outcomes. Content and any AI Coach responses are for reflection and encouragement only. If you are in crisis or need professional help, contact a qualified provider or your local emergency services.
You own the content you create — goals, journal entries, gratitude notes, vision boards and the images you add, your Life Vision, and community posts and comments (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service (for example, to sync it across your devices and show your community posts to other members).
You are responsible for Your Content and must have the rights to anything you upload (including images). Do not upload content that infringes others’ rights or that you do not have permission to use.
When using the Service, you agree not to:
Posts and comments you make in Manifesto Commons are visible to other members; if you post anonymously, your name is masked in the public feed. We may review, hide, or remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that we reasonably believe violate these Terms or harm the community, with or without notice. Please report content that breaks these rules.
The AI Coach generates automated responses from the messages you send and may be powered by third-party AI providers. Responses can be inaccurate or incomplete and are not a substitute for professional advice. Do not share sensitive information you would not want processed by an automated system, and use your own judgment before acting on any response.
Souluma is free during our beta. We may introduce paid plans later; beta members keep what they already have. If you purchase a subscription:
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to that store’s terms, and refunds for those purchases are handled by the store.
The Service itself — software, design, branding, and content we provide — belongs to Souluma and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own personal growth. These Terms do not give you any rights in our trademarks or branding.
The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, for hosting, analytics, AI, and payments) and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party services or content; your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use the Service at your own discretion and risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Souluma and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as content license, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and provide additional notice where appropriate. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Souluma operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Some jurisdictions give you rights that these Terms cannot override; nothing here limits those rights.
