Privacy Policy

We collect the following, all to provide and improve the Service:

• Account information — your email address and the name you choose, used to create and manage your account and to sign you in.
• Content you create — goals, journal entries, gratitude notes, vision boards (including images you add), practice logs, your Life Vision, and any community posts or comments you make.
• AI Coach messages — the text you send to the AI Coach, processed to generate a reply. The Coach is for reflection and encouragement only — not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
• Usage and analytics data — actions you take in the app (for example, screens viewed and features used) and an analytics identifier, used to understand how the Service is used and to improve it.
• Diagnostics — crash and performance data used to keep the Service stable.
• Payment information — if you purchase a subscription, payment is handled by our payment processor. We receive your subscription status and history, not your full card details.

• To provide, maintain, and personalize the Service.
• To save and sync your content across your devices.
• To power features such as the AI Coach and the community feed.
• To send reminders and notifications you have enabled.
• To measure usage, fix bugs, and improve the Service.
• To protect the Service, enforce our terms, and moderate community content.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that process it on our behalf, under contract, to run the Service:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage (hosts your account and content).
• PostHog and Google Analytics — product and usage analytics.
• AI provider — the AI Coach sends your message to a third-party AI gateway to generate a reply.
• Payment processor — to handle subscriptions, where applicable.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Souluma, our users, or others.

Posts and comments you make in the community are visible to others. If you choose anonymous mode, your name is masked in the public feed; we retain your author identifier internally for moderation and safety only.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete content or your account, we delete the associated data, except where we must retain limited records for legal, security, or moderation purposes.

• Access and export — you can view and export your data from Account settings.
• Correction — you can edit your profile and content in the app.
• Deletion — you can delete content or your entire account from Account settings, or by emailing us at support@soulumanifest.com. Deleting your account removes your personal data, subject to the retention note above. See how to delete your account for step-by-step instructions.
• Notifications — you can turn reminders and push notifications on or off in your device or app settings.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (such as under GDPR or CCPA). To exercise any right, contact us at support@soulumanifest.com.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our service providers operate. We rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Souluma is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
