Has picturing the outcome ever helped you stay on track with movement/sleep/food?

The image alone did nothing for me — pairing it with one tiny daily action (a 10-minute walk) is what stuck.

I put "how I want to feel" on it, not a body. Energy and sleep were easier to chase than a number.
